We offer diamond glaze synthetic porcelain topcoats, not paint. Our technicians are true craftsmen. Over 90% of all work is done in apartment complexes, hotels and rental units. Apartment workers are painters, not refinishers. Economy is the standard paint used. Because it is fast and inexpensive to do. They are apartment people first and don’t start looking for residential jobs until their work load is slow, using the materials and labor they have. No one will admit that they do apartments. The vast amount of apartment and hotel work is the life blood of their industry.
